personal guarantees and will generally carry about a 16% preferred rate with net proceeds to be split between developer and equity partners.
- Deal sizes range from $750K to $4 Million and underwriting as well as approvals are granted expediently. Analysis is
based on project structure, risk mitigation and the experience and business savvy of the development partners.
- We have provided funding for projects as diverse as multi-family renovations, hotels, golf complexes and marinas.
- We will introduce our own developer and buy the project outright if the situation warrants.
- Sher Equity Resources gets paid by placing the opportunity with the investor, offering a la carte project management,
and participating in a percentage of the back-end profits.
